The firm of Ikua and Nyambane Advocates LLP was founded by Mr. Jackson Ikua and Ms. Sharon Nyambane.

Our pricing can be structured in different ways being: fixed, hourly, capped, or on a retainer basis depending on the clients’ needs and preferences. A retainer arrangement works best where the scope of legal requirements is wide and expected to span a lengthy period.
We believe that the financial position of a client should not hinder access to legal services and as such, we vary the fees and billing criteria by creating unique packages for our clients based on mutual understanding. These packages vary depending on the client position and the complexity of the matter.
In billing, we consider the cost by classifying the matters into:
- Simple matters
- Complex matters
- Super-complex matters
