Overview And Experience
Ms. Nyambane is a partner and founder of the Law firm. As a partner at the firm, Ms. Nyambane values integrity, transparency, honesty and diligence in the firm’s operations with all clients and stakeholders.
As an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, she has diversified her practice with knowledge in criminal litigation, civil litigation and commercial law.
She heads the commercial department in the firm and her areas of practice within our Commercial Department span from Corporate & Commercial Law, Land and Real Estate, Banking and Finance, Intellectual Property, Immigration Law and Labour, Employment and Benefits Law.
Sharon has experience advising on a variety of commercial agreements, including shareholder agreements, asset and share acquisitions.
She also provides regulatory advice on various sectors, including telecommunications, banking, insurance, microfinance, and general advice on corporate law and corporate restructure.
Experience:
She has successfully handled complex conveyancing matters some valued at Ksh.250,000,000.00. Her vast experience and knowledge in Conveyancing continues to come in handy in handling land transactions, land disputes advising clients, enforcement of commercial securities including mortgages and charges and tenancy relations and conducting due diligence.
In the Environment and Land court, Ms. Nyambane has successfully represented a client in a land dispute with the subject property being valued at USD 17,000,000.00.
